Day 12–March 30, 2018–Sea Day

There’s just so many ways of saying “LAZY DAY”.  But that’s exactly what Friday was, another very lazy day.  More movies, with unknown titles. However we did catch one title and that was “Brooklyn”, a sweet movie about a young girl leaving Ireland and coming to America.

The big excitement for the day was our teaser ukulele performance in the Piazza.  70 people with aloha shirts and ukuleles crammed together in a very small area to perform You Are My Sunshine.  It was a sight to see.  Thank goodness Tiki Dave (the teacher) played nice and loud so that you really couldn’t hear how we butchered that poor innocent song.  The truth is we weren’t even able to sway right to left as a.group very well.  But it was fun and there was lot’s of applause from the audience.  Sunday is the big performance in the Princess Theater.  That should be interesting.

We enjoyed dinner in one of the specialty restaurants “The Crown Grill”.  It was a remarkable meal.  From start to finish it was probably one of the finest meals we’ve ever had.

We think tomorrow is more of the same.  Another lazy, relaxing day.

Hugs,

John and Robin
